• Passenger departing Thailand must be inspected for prohibited and restricted articles.
• Arriving passenger is required to complete the Customs Declaration Form before going through Customs. Passenger with nothing to declare should proceed to the Green Channel (Nothing to declare) but those with articles to declare should proceed to the Red Channel (Goods to declare) with completed Declaration Form. Failure to declare dutiable, restricted or prohibited articles, if found, the articles must be confiscated and the passenger must be fined four times of such articles' prices

Passenger bringing into or sending out animal or any part of animal should learn and conduct according to relevant regulations. Animal Quarantine Office at the airport is in charge of this matter.

• Before departing for any country, make sure whether country of destination requires medical check certificate or not. If it is required, passenger can ask for it from the Health Control at HDK.
• Moreover, passenger from stricken country requiring inoculation paper has to inform his/her entry into the Kingdom of Thailand to Health Control at HDK as well.

International Passengers

1. Payment of the PSC at special PSC Cash Counters
Payment can be made in cash. Refunds will be given to travellers if they decide not to fly.

2. Parment of the PSC via PSC Ticket Vending Machines
The PSC ticket vending machines will take Thai Baht only. While the PSC vending machines for domestic travel will take Thai Baht notes in the denomination of 20, 50 and 100 as well as 10 Baht coin. The PSC machines for international travel will take Thai Baht notes of 50,100,500,1,000 and 10 Baht coin. All machines will give change.

• All passengers over the age of 2 are required to pay the Passenger Service Charges.
• Passengers without a PSC ticket will not be permitted to fly.
• Payment of PSC is governed by the law of the Kingdom of Thailand. Please contact the PSC Counter for any queries.
• PSC ticket can be purchased in cash US $ 11 at PSC Counter.

VAT refund can be claimed at VAT Refund for Tourist counter of HKT at international departure lounge. Claim must be made under the conditions of Revenue Department.
